walked 10 min at 3.5, jogged for 15 min at 5.5 and then cool-down walk for 5 min at 4. warm-up and cool-down walks were with 2 pound ankle weights. Also did 30 sit ups and push ups.

Too bad I did a TON of snacking today. I just couldn't stop being hungry. However, then I got to dinner and I was barely hungry at all. Oh well, better to be eating lighter at the end of the day anyway. We didn't get to dinner until like 6:45.

All in all I feel like today was successful.
