Well, lets just say that what transpired yesterday was a big shock and a big blow to everyone. Journaling food just didn't seem so important in the grand scheme of things.

I don't particularly want to talk about it, as it's not sunk in yet, and will probably take a few weeks or months.

Don't worry though buddies, I'm not leaving, nor giving up, I will be trying to get back on track with my food diary today.
