Weight Loss delimna Maybe not getting enough water. Will keep better track of that is week.

What's the dilemma?

The dilemma (misspelled) is that I should be showing a weight loss. I am doing everything right . I should be losing weight. Thinking not enough water, maybe increase cals. But I am averageing 1261 a day that with exercis should be losing.

maybe you aren't getting enough calories? Try 1400 maybe?
