My goal this past week was to bump up my caloric intake as I was not eating enough and may have slowed my weight loss.
I added some raspberries and 2 tablespoons of coconut greek yogurt as a snack daily. The problem with this was that the yogurt has sugar in it. I convinced myself that the amount of sugar in my small portions wouldn't matter.
The result: minor change in weight.

So, this week I am omitting the nuts (I eat far more than I intend to) and for sure the yogurt.

I want to loose at LEAST 2 pounds this week to make up for the poor performance I have been experiencing this month so far.

I weigh in on Sunday so who knows!
