Doing good. Drinking more and more green tea and decaffeinated tea for my water intake. Only drink a small cup of coffee with creamer in the mornings and it used to be I'd get 500 calories in just from the creamer! Those fat free/sugar free creamers just didn't cut it for me! My very good friend, Helga, is doing great and I'm so excited for her that it helps me! It's so nice to be able to really talk with someone that understands what you're going through. One day at a time, lifestyle change
