My heart hurts.
I'm trying to flip "the switch" again. I'm just so sad. I keep seeing these photos pop up on facebook from 5 years ago when I lost all the weight. I'm in a rut of wanting to numb myself to oblivion w food and workaholism. Just need t to vent and keeping it real here. I made 3 salads for work this upcoming work week. "if I fail to prepare, I prepare to fail.''. ugh.. sorry for the rant.
337.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 117.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

Glad you are here. Time to refocus and yes, it's hard sometimes...for me, removing all sugar is the only thing to stop all cravings. Don't give up : )

I saw a picture of myself from 3 years ago where I had visible muscle definition all through my legs... and now I'm fat and the muscle is gone. I totally feel yah, brother!

Yeah. It's tough. My husband would never take responsibility for his own food at work if he had to pack it. But on one of my posts I showed how you can use some kitchen shears and cut up a big bowl of salad for a week or two of meals and cut the wet ingredients into smaller bowls. Takes about 45 minutes to an hour of pre prep, then you just add your meat, egg or cheese and dressing every night to package for the next day and you would have lunches for the next week. Takes a bit, but would be keeping it at good lunches for you. Good luck!

Steve! Welcome back my stud muffin. Oh how I've missed you. I too took a break from FS. So, you gained a bit. Oh my love, it's okay, yes it hurts your heart but you know how to do this, you know how good you felt when you did it. We are all here to support you. Some of your old buddies are still around and we still got your back. And you can't live by salads alone. Eat tons of greens yet but eat some met baby. Mmmmmmm - meat. lol . Love you big time, Steve.

Don't be sorry and definitely don't dwell on the past brother. You can't change what you did yesterday so focus on what you can change today.

We all have our crutches or drugs of choice and many of us turn to food....I know, you know, we all know what we must do...we are here for you!

Supporting you and your desire to move forward. I have noticed that many of us have regrets and yet we must begin where we are. The past shows that you can make great changes and it seems you are ready to begin again. Here with you in your effort now.

Steve...I am trying, but I haven't been journaling the way I should, nor have I been eating the way I should. This too shall pass, and we'll get back on track. I am determined to get some of this weight off, but it's been really hard the last 2 years. Mom living here and then dying, then the torn rotator cuff, and the cancer diagnosis right on top of that, with the chemo, and blah, blah, blah...it's soooooo tiring and so hard to get back to where I want to be. But we can do it...I know we can, and I am right there with you! Love you, my sweet flowerdude!
