YAY! I'm back down to my recorded low! I'm going for a 5 mile walk after school and I'm really excited about it. i think i found a new place to walk inside and I hope it's as great as I want it to be! I really need to start walking again. Next mini goal is to be under 260.
271.0 lb Lost so far: 104.0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
