All this P90X2 is leading to some gains in lean muscle. How do I know? Well, even though I've been gaining weight, I have been using my calipers to measure my body fat and so far My bf% has gone down slightly as my body weight has increased.
168.7 lb Lost so far: 19.3 lb.    Still to go: 2.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 23 January 2012:
1898 kcal Fat: 25.34g | Prot: 227.29g | Carb: 184.57g.   Breakfast: carbmaster yogurt, chobani greek yogurt, 90 fiber one bar. Lunch: mixed salad greens, banana pepper, pico de gallo, Brandon's Vegan Bowl. Dinner: Premium Chicken Breast Chunks in Water, liquid egg white, large egg, chunck light tuna. Snacks/Other: kroger greek yogurt, chobani greek yogurt, shakeology, Fiber One bar, Brandon's Shakeology/Protein Pudding. more...

Just picked up a great new scale at Target called Precision One Life Care. It has the detachable control panel that can be mounted on the wall. It does a good consistent job in measuring Body Fat, Lean Muscle Mass, Water and bone density. Highly recommend it. Good job by the way!
