Was kind of rough this week. Didn't exercise as much as I should have but will keep trying to challange myself. Will walk today!!
309.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 164.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1997 kcal Fat: 65.24g | Prot: 56.29g | Carb: 294.85g.   Breakfast: coffee creamer, sugar, special k chocolatey drizzle, apple, STRING CHEESE. Lunch: wheatables nut crisps, string cheese, Michelinas lasagna mozzarella. Dinner: cabbage, baby carrots, ranch dressing, green olives, sweet pickles, lettuce, Tai Pei Crispy Orange Chicken. Snacks/Other: goldfish 100 calorie pack, FRIGO STRING CHEESE, SPECIAL K CHOCOLATEY DRIZZLE, GOLDFISH 100 CALORIE PACK, orange, goldfish 100 calorie pack. more...
