I really need to learn how to curb my weekend eating. Hung out with friends and I don't even remember what I ate, I just know it was bad. I did 3 workouts today (Hip Hop Abs: Ab Sculpt, HHA: Fat Burning Cardio and Jillian Michael: No More Trouble Zones). I definitely didn't work off everything I ate but I am trying really hard.

If I don't do anything else, I need to remove the jelly from my legs and belly. That's my goal. I'll do better. I've decided.

This week's menu: soup salad and right size smoothies.
