Packerrn's Journal, 22 January 2012

Feeling good today, got to get back out and walk after the ice storm that kept me in yesterday, Although I did get a good workout on the bowflex revolution and I am planning to put that back into my regular rotation. Two or three times a week but the walking and wii fit have been paying off but I think I can up the game a bit now. When it warms up and I can take the dog for a longer walk we will add some mileage to the walks. I am excited because I lost 2 more pounds last week and I am feeling good. I bought a new coat that didn't quite fit around me a few weeks ago and had my mom keep it so I would not constantly try it on and I plan to try it on the first of february and I think it may fit now. I am exited to get there.

I am a Yellow team member in the Biggest Loser Challenge 2 and I have to say they are really keeping me in line. I like being a part of something like that too. Feels good to have some people really pulling for you and depending on you to do well.
