I've been sacking some due to stress but I'm gonna start working out, I did the elliptical yesterday and sit ups so ill do that again today.
188.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 53.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.4 lb a week
