I have completed 1 week of 800 kcals/day, following the "8-week Blood Sugar Diet" and have lost 9 pounds, 4% of my bodyweight. Yesterday was the first time I had a little jump-up but I was feeling light-headed in the morning so I bumped up my carbohydrates a bit that day since they had been very low the day before. I experienced very little hunger; only occasionally after 3 days of doing this. My energy levels have been normal as well. I find this easier to do than 5:2 or Every Other Day plans. I do prepare most of my meals at home, though I have some salads from Trader Joe's as a treat. Onwards!
194.4 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 39.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
