still in this rut....something has to give here. i did not watch 100% this week and i maintained but thats still not making progress, and i just can't seem to get back in the groove. new week starting,now i need to work on my attitude. i'm not really eating things that are bad for me, just eating more than i should be, and i'm adding too many empty calories which is where most of the problem is i think. so i'll try to work on that this week.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 51.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

That's a great idea. It's not always about how much we eat, but "what" we are eating can play an important role in weight loss. Too many processed empty calories can sometimes lead to the scale not moving. Good luck!
