I am back on track. I have signed up for a boot camp class. The first day was yesterday. Boy it's hard to start working out again after you've been off for 3 months! I know I am going to be in pain tomorrow! I hope to see a bigger loss next week.
173.4 lb Lost so far: 46.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
