Good morning! So some weirdness just weighted myself and oddly only 160.2. I didn't track my food but drank booze every day had pizza, potatoes, sandwiches. I wasn't super bad but certainly didn't stay anywhere near 20 or 50g carbs. But some how I only gained 3lbs... im starting back on it today. I also didn't drink enough water unless you count what's in mimosas and margaritas 😜
160.2 lb Lost so far: 32.6 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Funny how that happens, we think we've eaten so much that we will gain a ton of weight, then are surprised - good surprise! Hop right back on your normal eating and you can probably lose it quickly!

Hydration...very key to good health and happiness Rachel!! My preference is the odd guiness and the occasional red wine, :-)
