Slow and steady. Retaining as much lean mass as possible for summer.
179.6 lb Lost so far: 24.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Burn fat and gain Lean muscle mass   losing 0.3 lb a week
