OK my FS family....I made an executive decision today...I have my determination back full force. I am going to ignore my cravings for sweets and when my body says its time for them, I am going to tell it that it is WRONG!!! I am also going to get back to my work out routine every day after work and then work on my school work. I am bound and determined to get these 12.5lbs back off so that my size 8 pants will fit without binding. Pray for me and I hope I will keep the momentum this time!!!!! May need some rooting on with my old new baby steps.....

You have proven yourself up to any challenge Navy, so I know if you're determined it will get done! I've been off for awhile, just been back a week, and I am absolutely astounded by your transformation. You look downright skinny in your new profile photo! Congrats on all that you have accomplished and I'm sure you will reach your ultimate goals.

PUNCH those sweets in the FACE! :D .. or spray them with Windex. That takes away your craving for them pretty quick. I've done that several times in the face of an emergency. Litterally taking them out of the package (if they have one) and THROWING them out the window is great too. or say: "I'll have a small piece of fruit and a large glass of water and if I still want it I'll have a small portion in 15 minutes".
