this week it has been interesting to watch my daily weight. down, down, up, down, up, up, down. I've not watched my daily weight since I was in my early 30's, I don't ever remember my weight fluctuating has much as it has this week.

I am excited with my first official.
257.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 57.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think the daily weighing in is a good thing. For me it's important not to get discouraged by a brief blip upward. You're making good progress!
