Today's journal will be short and sweet. Too busy having fun with Wife today. We're not doing anything in particular, just enjoying the morning together. Then, we're gonna go check out some of the sales in the stores around us, go for lunch with neighbors, and come home for an afternoon/evening with a good friend.

I lost some of the gained weight - 700 grams, but there is still a whole kg to go for a new low. Oh, well. That'll teach me to watch that damn soy sauce.

Today I'm 82.1 kgs - I have 5.1 kg to go until I'm done. I was hoping to be able to say 3.x kgs. Oh, well. Life goes on.

Today I'm thankful that
- my weight gain wasn't a fat gain. My scale still is "out of bounds" when these things happen. Maybe I should get another scale sometime, for a "second opinion"? Not sure if I wanna waste the money. Right now I know that when it says that it's out of bounds, then I'm at a really low fat percentage. :)
- Mornings with Wife. Oh, how I love thee.
- INDULGENCE DAY! Whoooohoooooo! :)
- Morning coffee

Kingkeld, I love that you soooo look forward to spending time with your wife. Weight - oh well.... You know it will come off again - it's just frustrating. WOW ... Sarahduke.... I have only just noticed that about Keld.... Another 5 pounds, and he will have lost a me as well..... Awesome. Then. Got to thinking about my weight loss ....I have lost nearly a half of me!!

Keld - way back when, Stef told me a story about a pastor at her church that used to refer to time spent w/ his wife...as 'sheet music'. Get it? LOL! Hope you have a great day!!! (and yeah, skip the soy sauce next time... but enjoy the heck out of Indulgence Day!)

Hi Keld. Just popped in and even though you are out and gallivanting around town and having fun with your sweet wife, I had to come by to tell you .... I am starting TODAY, your INDULGENCE DIET. Making it official now. I am indulging like made today to see how many calories I can eat. I overate at lunch and my sides feel bulgy. Not real comfortable. Am I to assume this is how I am supposed to feel? STRETCHED? Ha! Ha! I have to eat 3100 Calories today to kick this thing off the ground. Right? Figured I will be eating around 1350 Cal. the rest of the time. I hope I figured this out correctly, because think how stupid and fat I am going to feel if this is wrong... LMAO!!!
