I managed to stick to my diet fairly well - although I do think that eating carbs somehow makes it slower for me to lose any weight. I might try a week of very limited carbs to see if this can help me lose a few more lbs a little bit more quickly! However, I did get my workouts in!
155.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
