Another 2 mile walk on the trail yesterday. Chilly but sunny and no wind. It is supposed to get as high as 60 by the weekend! Practically summer.

I am hoping that being able to get outside will help with this depression. I've been in a very dark place lately and finding it difficult to push bad thoughts out of my head.

I spent most of the day yesterday with my dog. Hirschl is such an angel. My furry Valentine.

I am having lunch today with an elderly friend of mine. She is steadily failing health wise. I enjoy her friendship and her bluntness! She is also a lovely quilter.

Last night I got to do some hand sewing. Steady and rhythmic. It makes me forget the world and everything around me.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
