Day one back on low carb. Going to be more realistic this time. Instead if an atkins-like semi induction phase staying under 20 net carbs. I'm going to stick to more primal foods and stay around 50 net carbs a day... I'm hoping to lose 16lbs by february 1st! :)
198.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
