Mindro's Journal, 22 January 2010

Because of the rain, I haven't been keeping up as well with my walk/run in the morning as well as I'd like, and today I probably consumed too many calories. I weigh in tomorrow, not expecting DRASTIC results, but I feel so much better than I did last week actually. More energy, I feel more fit and like I've lost something. I like being more active! I have to keep going and kick myself into high gear again. Hopefully this rain will let up and I can maybe push myself harder.
