*Starshine*'s Journal, 02 February 2017

Having major January blahs and still trying to recover fully from the winter flu. So stopped calorie restricting for 3 days this week. Unfortunately, also had lots of soft cheese and pizza, some alcohol and fizzy mixers, & even stollen. Lungs & cough have been too bad to work, or move, or burn any of it off either. Put on 2+ lbs as a result, which I've now almost lost again. Still, it's really tough to push on hard with weight loss when you're not feeling great. I have to do it anyway, I know. But, quite frankly, I'm just about hanging in there.
263.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Chin up! It's never good to know you're eating and drinking the wrong things but don't feel well enough to resist. Concentrate on getting plenty of liquids and rest and hopefully you'll start to feel better soon and you'll get your energy back. Take care

You have still done okay and once you are feeling well, you can get back on top of your healthy eating again, all the best 🤗

You've not done badly, don't beat yourself up. When we're feeling lousy, it's okay to have a little treat (or several) xx

Well done, and keep going. No matter how fed up you are and how tempting the extras seem, always keep your long-term goals in mind. It IS worth it!
