I think I did pretty good today...we had a swim meet for the girls, so I had my eggs & toast for breakfast...but I didn't take time for lunch, so no eating during the day...just a couple of coffees with sweetener...then dinner out at 5pm...I had a chicken burger and ceasar salad...not the best choice in salad, but I'm sure it was "less bad" than fries...
I need to take some healthy snacks with me next time...I need to have a steady stream of food (the diabetes thing), but I don't want to just eat crap...so I stayed away from the concession...

Caesar salad is DEFINITELY a better choice than fries and a lot of the other junk available out there. Not bad at all, I think. Sure, we can always optimize, but we gotta feel that we're alive too, right?

Yes...it was the white bun for the burger that was bad for me (blood sugar wise)...the rest was okay...more changes to come...
