Is Winter over yet ??? ugh Cold weather is giving me the blues! LOL Been busy lately haven't been able to work out as much as I like, but Ive been counter-acting with watching closely what I eat so Ive been able to stay steady on my weight. (thankfully)
Have surgery next week (Fri 29th), so I may be MIA for a bit. I'll check back in as soon as Im feeling up to it :)
Can't wait to check on everyones progress when I'm back.

Love the Mantra!! Hope everything goes well and you're back to 100% soon!! Congrats on keeping the weight steady, sometimes thats the hardest thing to do!!
