I need motivation. I feel like I've fallen into the gutters.

sometimes we all fall but we need to measure our strength by getting back up.It happens to each and every one of us.You can do this, you just need to find your motivation,,It's out there...you just need to look for it! Good luck!

You can do it. You also have time to do it. One small step at a time adds up to a lot. Besides 3 pounds in a week is not a small step. Think of how much better you'll feel when the weight is gone. Try a new dish, look at recipes online and pick one. Maybe you'll like it. Switch it up a little and try to shake off that in a gutter feeling.
