Super great day. Worked out-C25k. I am making the commitment to work out every day until February 1st. This is my current goal. I went online to Women's Health today and printed a few arms/abs workouts to supplement my cardio. I'm ready to go!


Nice job - keep up the good work. I did not work out last night and I have a friend's dinner thing tonight. However, tomorrow there is a morning class and an evening gym class that I like. I'm going to do both! :) Just incase, call me and wake me up at 5:45. I know you're working out by then.

I'm completely unmotivated to start my strength training, and I know how adding muscle will burn more calories. I need to get a move on with that. I'm officially adding in a program for that this weekend. You want to create a plan for that together?? Get on the 21 day challenge I'm doing (informal, on my own, not a fat secret one). You should start that challenge on fatsecret though! That would be fun!! I'd do it :) Let me know if you post it.
