Tracking is so good. Would be better if I tracked before I ate. Might change my mind. Played cards today instead of candy they had meat and cheese tray. Really good and I skipped all the candy.
Tommorrow - no formal exercise - down hill skiing instead. Yeah!

I track as I'm dishing up my food so I make myself weigh everything. Good job on not eating the candy. I got an email from Donna will read it on Tuesday night to everybody.
