Good Afternoon, my FS Friends.
I traded in my digital scale for an analog one a couple of months back. I'm not interested in seeing my weight fluctuate by 0.5 pounds. I figure that if the weight loss is significant enough, an analog scale will show it. When it is all said and done, when I drop this 50 pounds by the end of the year, I am pretty sure the scale will show a 50 pound drop - give or take a couple pounds. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

BTW, my Ministry Review Board Mtg went great! They were there more for encouragement and support than for interrogation.

So good to hear about the Ministry Review Board. Phew! That worry over! As far as the analog over digital ... like you said ... losing the weight is more important than what the scale says. I like seeing all the numbers on my Tanita Full Body Composition scale, but then I like gadgets.
