Back in the Groove. Should be 180 by the end of February. If I can hit 165 by June, I'll be pretty satisfied.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Burn fat and gain Lean muscle mass   losing 1.1 lb a week
