The scale does not lie .... need to re-adjust my caloric intake... I am still motivated... Lunch at 1pm!

Good that you are still motivated. Something I noticed that made me feel much better was that the weight chart of the successful people always looks like a wave going down hill. Sometimes it bounces up a little but the general movement is downward. A little fluct up, as some people call it, LOL, can't stop you unless you let it!
