Not writing them down... but I'm consuming less than 20 carbs a day... and if I'm off, it can't be no more than 30. Finding some good low carb recipes has been more challenging!
200.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.5 lb a week
