First full day of entries on Fatsecret! Shame it had to be while I was sick, but at least it showed my determination to get used to this site.

I think today was one of those "close enough" days. Didn't do good on protein because it quickly turned out I couldn't eat any meat without dire consequences, but I got close enough to my fat and carb goals that I feel like I would've made it real close to my macronutrient goal with some of that tuna I was craving..


I'll probably make up for the protein and calories tomorrow. Feeling a bit better already.
