Still clearing out the pantry, by that I mean trying to incorporate it into the diet. A few soups and things left. I'll be able to improve the diet when the bad stuff is gone. Shifting towards lower carb, but something that I know I can live with.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
