Yesterday was a good day. I surprised myself. I was off work and kept the calories below 750. When I'm off work and no one is around, I have a tendenacy to eat whatever, whenever, however much I want. But yesterday I let God take control and I had no desire to cheat. I wasn't even grumpy (which I usually am when "depriving" myself).
