No change from last week, I guess that's ok. :-)

Feeling sicj so no exercise today, will be back on track tomorrow. See y'all then! :-)
182.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
