Now that 2016 is done and I have had both hips replaced and a hernia surgery just a week ago. I can finally start looking forward to some level of working out. I stil have about 3 weeks of recovery but to mee waiting three more weeks after a year long of recovery for surgery's is nothing. I feel luck I only gain about 15 pounds from the start of the surgery's. It could of been much worse.
219.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
