Down a pound. I have to remember that slow and steady wins the race. But a pound loss during my last week on winter break isn't that bad. At least the scale is moving in the right direction. Time to get back into the daily routine and take it one day at a time.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
