3 lb weight gain.... ughhh must the the monthly visitor
162.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1018 kcal Fat: 70.29g | Prot: 69.15g | Carb: 23.48g.   Breakfast: whipping cream, coffee, splenda, bacon, boiled egg. Lunch: asparagus, ribeye steak. Dinner: small pitted olives, Thousand Island Salad Dressing, beef hot dog, tomatoe, 1/2 cup shredded iceburg lettuce. Snacks/Other: splenda, brown cow plain yogurt, sargento pepper jack cheese. more...
