Hi everyone, Well today I start phase . I am so excited. I am hoping that I don't get sick by adding meat back into my diet like my sister has. I can tell such a big difference in here energy since she has added meat. She is so sluggish now. You can tell that she doesn't feel good. It is written all over her face. I am a little scared about adding in the meat. I haven't decided if I am or not. If I do it will be very slowly. Well I had a long & hard night last night. We are going to skip the workout this morning. Besides she has rubbed her inner thighs raw. I had to tell her to get in bed & take care of hr legs. I told her she is going to make it worse. So begrudgingly she listened to me. It's good to see her wanting to exercise but not at this cost. Well I hope everyone has a great day. I am on my way to go & check on my sister to make sure that she is staying in bed & taking care of her self. Talk to y'all later. Bye. Oh I lost another pound. I ost a total of 12 pounds in 9 days.

Awesome job on the 12 lbs....you are doing so great! Just take it easy with the meat and you should be fine....when I added it back in Phase 2 I tried to stay away from red meat for a few days, added chicken back right away and it was good for me. Add a little red meat at a time, every other day to every 2 days...should be just fine that way! Keep up the good work, you are going great!

Congrats!! You're doing such a great job. It's sooo cool that your sister is doing this right along w/you (great support team). The one tip that a nutrionist gave me yesterday was, when you eat meat, and work out like you have been, the protein will help turn the fat into muscle plus will give you more energy. I was really trying to avoid meats and my energy level was very low to the point it was very hard to get through the day without wanting a nap. I just started yesterday with adding meat back into my routine. I will let you know if it helps.
