as the new year come close i have to stop and evaluate where i am at and what i want to do... i have sluffed off for an entrie year and have decided to get back at it i whent from a size 10 to a size 14 in this past year even if my weight has not changed much but i am sure the fat is packing on and my muscle is shriveling in the carb over load and the lack of exersize now is time before i loose every thing i have worked for and am back to 235 and unable to move....
184.8 lb Lost so far: 40.2 lb.    Still to go: 34.8 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
