Thank you for the inspiration! I'm 62 also, but still working. 18 months to retirement. It'm losing weight and getting stronger. It seems that 62 is a good age for getting and being in shape!

Yes!! Thank you for the inspiration, I'm 54 now, and in decent shape but if I get focused and stay focused I can be in superb shape like you in my latter 50's, into 60's and beyond! <3
