Still around folks. Just focusing on other things for a while. All is good, still lifting 5 days per week and eating right; back at it on FS in February.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Burn fat and gain Lean muscle mass   losing 0.1 lb a week
