My Goal here is to regain my original weigh that it was a year ago which was about 170 and also add an extra 15-20 pounds of muscle.

I was diagnosed with type II Diabetes a few years ago and I'm sure that some of my food intake goes against that but i check my Blood sugar.

Also i had been taken Norco pain med's for back pain and neck and joint issues for 10+ years and back in Aug i had asked my Dr to take me off of them and was put on Methadone 10mg X4 a day better than the 8 Norco a day and all that Tylenol in which was the cause of my weigh loss down to 139 lbs in Aug of this year.

I'm sure their were some withdrawal issues but i don't crave the norcos no do i wish to take them I'm sure the Methadone helped how ever the only last me 3 or 3.25 weeks and i manage but the pain keeps me awake at night if i don't take any. And then that Cause's the Cluster headaches to happen.

All my health problems derive from an Anthrax Vaccine i got in Boot Camp from when i joined the service back in 87-90.

I had also stopped drinking about 4 years ago because of the cluster headaches and alcohol is a trigger for the cycle and attacks.

However for the past 5 years i have done very little work in my shop and since my Son moved out to go to collage i have done even less. I guess it some sort of depression but i just can't seem to get anything done and if try i never finish what i start but that has always been an issue with me in completing jobs and remembering what to do.I had even went to a therapist but even that i had forgot to go to hard to explain.

I don't know what to put here so I'll start with this and then add what ever i hope that by eating better I'll feel better.

I'll accordingly adjust my Nutritional intake to my Dr orders. I just ate a lot in the past few days because i went without any good food for the prior week because i couldn't get to town to buy food also i was broke and i ate what ever canned food i had even ate my Moms canned food even if it was expired from when she passed away you can't throw food out
