Good first three weeks on new plan. Down 11.4% body fat , very happy with the macro plan. It had me looking closely at the food instead of just calories. I find myself fuller and snacking less. As a point of comparison, I have about 10 pounds to lose and am eating 160 GR protein? 150 GR carbs and 50 GR fat. Thank you for all the support
136.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
