DAY 102 ...well I least I am trying . Doing the walking with Teddy but my back still in spasm . But you know has well has I do ,I have yo exercise . Very painful when I try and turn over in bed . So mum back to rolling over . This means I take up all of the bed . But I don't mind there is only me in there any way . Now my diet ...I am managing to stay away from the scales , so we will have to wait and see what happens .....

Sorry your back is so painful, but gentle walks will help with your back and burning calories. So just keep it going and hopefully when you do get on those scales, you will have a good result 😁

For those that do not understand . I have had surgery on my spine years ago . To which I still can not easily lie on my back . Hence the wording of rolling over . If you saw me lying on the soffer and then try to get up . You would do the same has others laugh your socks off , come to mind . I have come to the conclusion, that if I want a pain free back ...then at least a stone has got to come off ..Happy dieting days ahead I say . Xx

You are good about it, back pain is horrid (my sis has slight scoliosis). I have a wonderful chiropractor who is like a Geordie Lurch and makes me laugh just before he cracks my back and makes me gasp! Keep at it Suzie and you will get there; slowly, surely get there.

Oh Suzie, I feel for you. It's not easy trying to focus properly when you aren't discomfort and pain. Gently as you go . You are doing good with your weight. Take it easy Buddy 🌟🌟🌟
