DAY 96 ..well made that decision. Back to the drawing board and get this girl moving again . Come rain or shine mum and Teddy are walking the bloody streets . I am also getting back the exercise routine . No point in sitting about looking at the Internet, seeing all the lovely clothes , buying them and never wearing them . Last year I got rid of all the old clothes spent hundreds buying a new wardrobe of classy clothes . And once again the weight has crept up and I can not wear half of them . So my diet and exercise regime starts NOW . Not after the new year , got to try and get into a lovely dress for Xmas dinner ....xx
