Hi everyone, well I am on day 7 of phase 1. I thought about doing phase 1 for 14 days but I want my meat. I go to phase 2 on Thursday. I still can't believe that I lost 11 pounds in 7 days. This has been the best diet that I have ever been on. I just love the workout program. I walk over to my sister's house every morning & we workout. We are still doing our 300 crunches 5 days a week with our hour walks on Saturday & Sunday. I am hooked on this diet & workout schedule. If you haven't tried hip hop ab then you should. I have never lost this much weight in such a short amount of time. It helps if you love your workout program. Well I walked for a half hour today on top of working out. I have so much energy it's crazy. Well I am off to bed. Talk to y'all soon. Have a great day. Littlebit

I may have to try hip hop abs. Maybe I'll check my library and see if they have it since I've been hearing good things. Great job on the weight loss! Unfortunately it will taper off a bit, but it will always be steady if you keep working on it. It sounds like you're in it for the long run. Way to go!
